ABT / About

Allergic to hype.
Serious about hours.

Redline Applied AI is run by Jessica Gerber, based in Saratoga Springs & the Capital Region, NY.

The practice comes from a systems-thinking, engineering-minded way of looking at businesses: watch how the work actually flows, find where effort is being wasted, change only what needs changing, and make the change stick. Not transformation — revision.

That mindset turns out to be exactly what AI adoption needs right now. The tools are genuinely powerful and drowning in genuinely terrible advice. Most businesses don’t need an AI strategy, a chatbot, or a platform migration. They need someone to look at the proposal that gets rebuilt every week and say: start here.

So that’s the job. Review the operation. Mark it up honestly — including the parts AI shouldn’t touch. Build the workflows that obviously pay. Train the team on their own work, and leave them running a system they own.

BLF / What Redline believes

  • Systems beat heroics.

A business that depends on someone remembering is a business that drops things. Good workflows make the right way the easy way.

  • Review is the valuable part.

AI writes drafts fast. Judgment about what's right, safe, and on-brand stays human. Every workflow we install ends with a person.

  • Skepticism is a service.

Half the value of a Redline is the list of things we tell you not to automate. Anyone selling AI without a 'don't' list is selling hype.

  • Boring wins.

The flashy demo never survives contact with a Tuesday morning. The workflow that saves 40 minutes every single day does.

Start with a Workflow Review.

One week. $500. You get a prioritized map of exactly where AI belongs in your business — and where it doesn't. If it doesn't show at least 5 hours a week worth recovering, keep your money. If you move ahead with The Redline, the $500 comes off the price.
