Redline
Mark what should stay, change, or go.
Every workflow gets a mark: KEEP the things that work. SIMPLIFY what's overbuilt. Route the right drafting work to AI. AUTOMATE the mechanical steps. CUT what nobody should be doing at all.
You get the Redline — a concise, prioritized map of your operation. It's a standalone deliverable: even if we stop here, you know exactly where your hours are going and what to do about it.

Revise
Build the new workflows.
We configure a company AI environment on a platform you already have access to — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — loaded with your services, terminology, tone, policies, and boundaries.
Then we build the five selected workflows and test each one against your real documents until the outputs are genuinely useful. Every workflow gets a one-page SOP and a required human review step. Nothing goes out the door unreviewed.

Step 4 / Week 3
Issue
Train the team. Put the revision into use.
A 60-minute commissioning session with your team — on their own real work, not generic demos. Everyone runs at least one workflow themselves before the hour is up, because adoption is the deliverable.
You keep the recording, the operating guide, and every SOP. Two weeks later we check in, tighten anything that needs it, and hand the system over for good.
